BIO

Associate Information:

Georgia is an Associate Consultant at Oakwood International, based in London, UK. She is a driven People Director with over 25 years international Human Resources and Learning & Development experience within customer service focused organisations.   As well as an experienced international HR generalist, Georgia has a proven track record in areas such as employer branding & employee engagement and employee experience, project management.  She has lead award winning large scale culture and organisational change programmes globally that have delivered significant value to the organisation. 

Georgia is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development,  is a qualified coach (ICF) and an experienced facilitator and assessor.

In addition to her Associate Consultant role at Oakwood International, Georgia works with several clients build their businesses to be great places to work and works closely with the leadership teams to coach and develop them further.  She is an Investors In People Assessor and works across a number of different sectors and industries, bringing her own international skills and experience to bear.

Personal and Fun:

Georgia is married, lives in London and enjoys travelling, socializing, baking (a new found skill during lockdown) and spending time with her family.

Industry Experience:

Georgia has over 25 years working in strategic HR both internationally and within the UK.  She has held senior positions within Hr and Learning and Development fo large, global service driven organisations from Hilton international, Forte Hotel Group, Compass Group and latterly she spent 7 years working for Jumierah Group, based in the UAE, reporting directly to the CHRO.
