The HR Summit and Expo Dubai

The New Rules of Engagement in a New Age of HR

Oakwood International is excited to announce that we will be attending the HR Summit and Expo at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre 14 - 16 November 2016. There will be three summits over three days: HR strategy, HR talent and HR engagement with global HR movers and shakers to inspire with trend-setting keynotes.

The summit welcomes 3 HR gurus:

Dave Ulrich, The world’s most influential HR thinker
“People are our greatest asset”

Peter Cappelli, Professor at Wharton Business School
“The best a company can honestly do is give is give workers a glimpse of where the company is headed and how they might fit into it.”

Malcolm Gladwell, Best-selling author and visionary
“Achievement is talent plus preparation”

Times have changed. And so have we. Many mega forces are re-shaping the way HR creates and delivers its value. HR must now innovate and look for new ways to align its forces to changing business strategies. Agility, responsiveness and the ability to shift gears with the business are now the norm. The Summit offers 125 globally renowned speakers, 100 focused sessions and 10 certified masterclasses to Aummit delegates.

The Oakwood team will be hosting a stand at the exhibition throughout the five days.
