Ainger has a background in senior management, L&D and HR, as well as many years of experience working as both an external consultant and director in both international, complex environments and small private and third sector companies. Ainger now specialises in creating effective management learning solutions, and performance improvement programs, as well as tutoring on CIPD qualifications. Ainger has been working on CIPD programs for over 14 years and worked as a tutor and marker for the CIPD itself. He has also designed CIPD units and assessment frameworks and so is very experienced in the requirements of CIPD qualifications. Ainger draws on a broad range of experience in many sectors and industries that involved undertaking projects and programs designed to change behaviour. Ainger is a Chartered member of the CIPD, with a Masters in HR and Management, a Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Consulting and a Postgraduate Certificate in Adult Education and Training, and is currently learning Arabic .
