Julia has been working in workforce skills development and training for 23 years. After an initial career in retail management Julia moved into management of Apprenticeships in Business, Leadership and Management. Julia worked for the Learning and Skills Council leading on delivering workforce development projects in the early years sector and became a registered IIP Practitioner successfully supporting a large caseload of schools to IIP recognition. More recently Julia was Lead IQA for Business and Management Apprenticeships at an FE College and remains Tutor and Lead IQA for the TAQA Assessor and IQA awards.
