Kerry joined Oakwood recently with experience in Management, HR and training. Kerry worked for Lloyds TSB Private Banking for 20 years where she was an integral part of the training team with the responsibility of developing and delivering Induction training. Kerry also invigilated and marked Threshold Competency testing for customer facing staff. Kerry was a core member of the HR team having the ability to unlock blind spots, enhancing self awareness using powerful and practical techniques. Kerry’s last role was for a mailing and communications company AM&M where she supported the management team in recruitment and administrative duties.
