Megan’s background is in education, with 11 years spent teaching and assessing academic music for GCSE, A-level and International Baccalaureate qualifications. She has also been a lead examiner for Edexcel A-level Music, guiding a team of subject assessors. Most recently, Megan was a Head of Department at an international school in Singapore where she undertook a substantial research project on the topic of fairly assessing learners with English as an Additional Language. Subsequently, she was an advisor for a consortium of Singapore international schools focussing on improving assessment practice for EAL learners.
