Sara started her career as a lecturer and assessor in Further Education before going on to act as an External Verifier for VTCT vocational courses in Beauty and Holistic therapies, across several colleges in the South of England. She set up several accredited training academies for large Beauty brands and contributed to a number of textbooks, writing the sections on starting businesses, CV preparation and interview skills. Sara spent many years leading the Hair and Beauty department at Virgin Atlantic, managing 300 in flight therapists, 5 salons, a training academy and providing managerial support to Virgin Limited Edition Hotel spas! Most recently, she has led the Cabin Crew base at London Gatwick for Tui, responsible for over 700 crew and the ongoing development of a team of managers, spearheading the introduction of ILM programmes across all Tui bases. Alongside her work with us, she is currently the CV consultant for the “Not Just Crew” Brand and has recently designed course materials for IATA.
