Associate Information:
Allan is an Associate Consultant at Oakwood International, based in the UK. Allan is an experienced and certified L&D Manager, having many years managing and delivering L&D interventions around the globe. Allan’s inclusive style of delivery enables learners to engage with the training whilst enjoying the process of learning.
Allan is CIPD L5 qualified, a certified coach and certified by ILM and CMI. Allan is also a certified and experienced mentor having developed mentoring programs within several organisations in the Middle East. Allan is a psychometric practitioner, having used both Discovery insights and MBTI for assessment of leadership behaviours.
Allan is also experienced in the design and production of E-learning modules including VR and AR products used to enhance the delivery of leadership programs in various organisations.
Personal and Fun:
A keen photographer, Allan also makes furniture in his garden workshop. Allan just bought a mobile home and is looking forward to the first big trip to Scotland.
Industry Experience:
Working with organisations such as UK Ministry of Defence, BAE Systems Saudi Arabia, GPT Airbus in the defence sector, Allan has also had a great deal of experience within the oil and gas industry, designing and delivering L&D interventions within companies such as ARAMCO, YASREF and SADARA. Allan has also been involved with change management programs with some major automotive organisations in the Middle East.
Allan is currently supporting A tobacco control charity in Wales, acting in a consultative role regarding training and awareness around the health and wellbeing issues of smoking cigarettes.
