What is the CIPD Level 7 Qualification?

The CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management provides you with deep insights into key areas of Human Resources and People Management. This means you develop your own comprehensive knowledge to the highest levels, but also improves all your planning, interpersonal, and analytical skills within the HR function.

When studying for the Level 7 qualification with Oakwood, a research paper is required to be completed for each module of study. This paper will be marked by our assessors and also moderated by the CIPD. The program will will cover four core units, three specialist topics, and one optional unit. For additional support, students also have access to well as numerous learning resources that can be accessed through Oakwood’s Student HUB.
